Make a service complaint about Aviation ADR

If you wish to make a formal complaint about the service that you have received from Aviation ADR, please open a new complaint ticket below, your complaint will then be reviewed, and if appropriate, passed to our Chief Adjudicator for a response.

Once you have the Chief Adjudicator’s response, if you remain dissatisfied, this can be reviewed by an impartial Independent Assessor.

Independent Assessor

The Independent Assessor has no affiliation with Aviation ADR and reports to the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA). The CAA has full transparency of all complaints that are reviewed by the Independent Assessor.
